Calculation model

All calculations normalise quantities to milligrams and millilitres, use decimal arithmetic and convert a U-100 syringe at 100 units per millilitre. Capacity and measurement warnings are separate from the numerical result.

What the calculator cannot test

Arithmetic cannot establish identity, concentration accuracy, purity, sterility, stability, compatibility or clinical suitability. A mathematically valid result can still be unsafe or based on an incorrect label.

Evidence hierarchy

1. Current regulatory labels for an authorised, formulation-specific use.
2. Primary controlled human trials and trial registries.
3. Systematic reviews and peer-reviewed secondary analysis.
4. Early human, preclinical and mechanistic evidence.
5. Community material, used only to discover questions and never to establish quantities.

Publication decision

A page is published when its statements and any studied quantities can be traced to named sources. A catalogue entry is withheld when evidence is inadequate, route-specific review is incomplete or a commercial product cannot be mapped to the studied formulation.

Editorial state

Sourced pages have passed schema, citation and recommendation-language checks. The owner reviews them asynchronously and changes the visible status to owner reviewed once that pass is complete.
